Hi Stacy. I found your site through a tech search in google and wonder if you can help? I have a JVC CA-MXK3R audio combi that will not load up and spin the CD's. The tray functions OK but the helix mechanism is not rotating to load up the laser carriage and therfore nothing more happens. What puzzles me is that I cannot see a motor mechanism or any way that the damn thing is actuated, so therefore am having a bit of a problem in working out the fault!! Hope you can bale me out Kind regards Mark Hilton Barnstaple Devon UK

I own a GR_DVM70U digital video camcorder. The scroll switch that turns the unit on/off (camera, dsc, etc)has come off. It looks like the play back switch (pause, play, ffwd, etc) that holds the scroll switch in place has broken 2 of the 4 plastic tiny nubs that snap the switch/button assembly together to the unit. The service center website shows no parts available for this unit and a unknowledgeable service center customer service rep told me there are no parts available. Any suggestions on getting spare parts or fixing this in some other way. It seems like a real shame to trash a perfectly good camera for two tiny broken plastic nubs. Thanks!

The "on timer light" on my JVC 32" AV-36FA54 television was blinking when we returned home after a thunderstorm. The TV will not turn on. We tried unplugging it for a few hours. No success. Can you help?

I read your post. I just got the JVC GR-D270U mini dv camcorder. It came with a decoder to transfer the film onto pc. I've installed it like 5 times but its not on my pc. Must be something wrong with cd it came with. How else can I transfer my film onto pc? thanks

I have a JVC mini DV digital video camera, JVC GR-D72U. Serial # 178T7367 It displays E06 Unit in Safeguard Mode then displays EO6 REmove and reattach Battery. While trying to get it to work my husband also inadvertantly turned on the light we can't get the light off nor can we record any video. I used this camera less than a week ago to record a wedding with no problems. We are on vacation and were hoping to make a family video before we left. Can you help us?

I have the same problem as David Schapiro (reply: 13th Jul 2005 22:24). I was given the subwoofer as a (secondhand) gift, but I can't use it with my Panasonic receiver. Is there some sort of a conversion cable that I could buy? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
