Hi,,, We Have Same Problem With My JVC CamCoder,,,It Was Eratic Before,,,We'll Wait For Minutes So That The Display Will Show Until Some Time It Took Hours,,,Until We'll Shake It,,,Then Until No More Display & Shows "Lens Cap Is On". We Went To The Service Center But Since It Was A Little Bit Expensive We Decided Not To Push Through With The Repair. They Said It Might Be The IC For The Lens. Tnx, Joel Of Phils...

    I have a JVC GR27OU...serial#120M5209.

The camera is a year or 2 old and has always worked great but for some reason the LCD is not getting power unless I now flip it all the way backwards so that the screen is at the front of the camera. For the time being, I can flip it that way and close it and sort of tape staring at the side of the camera, but this obviously is not productive. Any ideas?

The only repair shop around here that will work on it wants $68 just to look at it. I could probably just put that towards a new one if it not something they are going to be able to fix.

    Thanks

    I have a JVC AV-27920.
I was using a RCA universal remote with the tv and it worked fine, but broke last week. I went and got a different RCA universal remote RCU 600M. I programmed it to every code it included, but on none of them the input button works. Everything else works fine, but I can't put the tv on input and use my dvd player. Is there another way to get the tv on input if the remote won't?

We were watching our 56 in jvc tv and it made a pop noise then turned orange. What would cause this and what's the problem? Do you know how much it may be to get it fixed or is it even worth fixing? The model # is av-56wp74 and serial # is 14892199 made in 2003. Please help I miss my TV.:)
