I HAVE A JVC MINI DV CAMCORDER MODEL # GR-D30USM. I HAVEN'T USED IT FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND WHEN I WENT TO PLAY A TAPE IT SAID I NEED TO CLEAN HEAD. AFTER BUYING A HEAD CLEANER TAPE AND TRYING TO CLEAN THE HEAD, I CANNOT PLAY THE HEAD CLEANER TAPE BECAUSE THE CAMERA IS IN SAFEGUARD MODE, AND I KEEP GETTING A ERROR CODE E03, EJECT AND REINSERT TAPE, WHICH I DO BUT WITH NO SUCCESS. CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME TO GET MY CAMERA OUT OF SAFEGUARD MODE AND CLEAN THE HEADS WITH THE HEAD CLEANER. YOU CAN E-MAIL ME THE INSTRUCTIONS IF YOU LIKE OR CALL ME AT (661) 949-3041.
    THANK YOU,
    MATTHEW STEWART

Like some of the other customers, I also have a JVC AV-32D502 32" TV with a timer light problem. When I push the power button, the timer light button flashes but the TV will not come on. I have tried unplugging and re-plugging it several times and sometimes it will come on after about 10-15 attempts. When it does come on, the picture is not stable and will go out in a few minutes. I would like to know if it can be reparied or if it might be a candidate for the landfill.
    Thanks.

My JVC camera model # GR-D750U is stuck in safemode. It does not have a cassette in it. When we try to put a cassette in, it will not retract into the camera. The error message keeps coming up. We have tried removing the battery, we tried charging, we tried removing the battery and running on the power cord. I really need my camera, if you know how to resolve this, please let me know. Thanks :) Lindy

    I have a Jvc modal av-36d503 chassis a108, manufactured aug. 2002 serial 13731466 m .
I can't get the tv to turn on at all, when I plug it in I get a buzzing sound and the timer light on the front will blink. I took it apart and found the source of the buzzing, if you are looking down on the board the part is in the right front corner, it runs main power from the board to the tube. I think this part maybe called main pwb. Is this a part that often goes bad in these modals, If that part at all? can I get just this part or do I have to get a whole new board. And how much would the parts be?
    Thank You
    Sincerly,
    Jon B

I have a JVC VCR PLUS LP30350-003 that shows the surtitles (written dialogue) across the screen when playing tapes and it appears the menu feature is non functioning. How can I remove this display on the TV screen? Thank you.

I have a JVC AV-56P575. Recently there were some power outages which fried my FIOS HD set top box. I am now having problems with my TV. None of the component inputs (except for the Coax) work properly. The AV inputs split the screen vertically and displays the same image on both sides (not split evenly, i would say it's split 40% on the left and %60 on the right. The RGB component only plays sound, no video. The HDMI port does nothing. I have tried the jumper fix for the HDMI as indicated on another website (i cannot paste hyperlink, it blocks my post when i do) which did not work.
Ironically, ALL ports worked after the outages, and only started to have problems AFTER hooking up the new FIOS HD set top box. I am sure this is just a coincidence. Is there any way to do a factory reset from within the Service Menu, maybe this will help? Thank you for your time.
