Assistance with JVC product

If anyone has a question regarding a problem with thier JVC product (error codes, safeguard mode etc) write me for troubleshooting assistance. Please provide your model # if available and note this site so I can assist you better.

    Hi. I want to take my videos that I have on my GR-SXM527 and put them into a video program to make videos on my laptop. I purchased a video editing and DVD creation software program for my computer from Best Buy. They told me I needed software to get the videos from my camcorder to the computer as well. I bought all of that but I seem to be having problems connecting my camcorder. Exactly what cables do I need and can I buy them from a Best Buy or Radio Shack or something? I really want to get started on this but I seem to be stuck...PLEASE HELP!!!!

    Hi Stacey,

    I have a JVC TV Model AV-G21AU. (Australia)

    The LED lights are flashing but it is not starting up,

    Checked fuse, suspect start-up circuit board has failed

    Hello Stacy,

    I have a JVC GR DVL805U digital video recorder and it appears to be recording and all motors seem to be running fine, however, when I try to playback a video, the screen is blue. I've gone into setup and have reset to original factory settings. If you have any suggestions on how I might troubleshoot this please let me know.     I have a JVC AV Compulink model # A35BP3 it works fine. Where can I purchase the matching remote control as well as obtaining the instruction manual? I've been on the JVC site but they no longer list this particular model #....??

    HI! JVC GR-D27OU Is saying unit in safeguard mode reattach battery and i tried everything but take it to get serviced what should i do? is there any other way besides getting it serviced?

    Hi there, I live in the UK. About 2 years a go I purchased a JVC DG-DV700 Ek mini DV camcorder, I have had no problems with the camera forr all the time i've had it, but i went to load a tape 2 days ago, after it had been on charge.

    I do not store tapes in the camera whe it's not in use, Nor do I store the battery when not in use.

    Then, I tried to open the tape tray, to load a tape, and an 'E01 Unit In Safe Guard Mode, Remove And Reattach Battery' meaasge appeared.

    I consulted my guide book that came with te camera, I followed the vague troubleshooting instructions and still can't even use my camera, which I paid a lot of money for.

    I need my camera very soon as myself and my crew are shooting music videos in the next few weeks.

    Please can you help me with my VERY annoying problem, that I have through no ault of my own.

    Thanks for your attention to this very trying matter.

    Hi

    I have a JVC Digital Video Camera-model number GRD244U. When I went to play back a tape today-there was nothing on the tape. I tried 4 other tapes-that i know for sure have video on them and nothing played. the camera is acting like all the tapes are blank-

    Can you help me?

    I have a JVC radio, a one CD player and the CD is not rotating but on the display it is written disc playing. I don't know what the problem is.
