I have a JVC GR-DVL160 camcorder that I am having difficulty with playing a recorded tape in. I am getting a ghosting/shaddow on the edges of outlines in the picture and also the picture turns to squares and then back. It doesn't happen at the same place on the tape each time so I guess it could be an alignment fault. Can you please give me any indication on how I might rectify this fault. Thank you very much.

I have a JVC UX-C7 from 1994 (the black model). It's been a wonderful unit. The CD player however has begun to have problems reading discs. I have more success when I let the system read the disc before pressing play. If I press play and let the system close the tray, seek, and play the selected track all on its own, it usually fails to read the disc and gives up. Being 10 years old, it may need a cleaning/alignment. Do any instructions exist on how to do this? Thanks.

I just bought a HD52Z575 and it has color convergence problems. Is there user control over convergence or do I have to send it in? Doug

Model # AV-32770 My JVC tv will not come on. It is flashing red on control at bottom of tv. It says "On Timer". Please let me know how I can repair this. I have unpluged my tv and left it unpluged for a day and it still will not turn on. It only beeps and flashes on timer. Thanks, Terry

In our Studio set-up, we are having Digital KY-D29 Camera with the Triax Unit RM P270 with a base station of RM-P275 from base unit we have to connect a remote control panel RM-LP 35 with a remote cable, having 6-pin connector. For this purpose, we would like to know the availability and cost of the "remote cable".

i have a JVC TV, today the kiddos did something to it, and not i have a black rectangle at the bottom 1/3 of the screen. It almost looks like the menu box but no words in it. I have pressed every button on the remote but cant seem to get the box off. Any ideas? I would be greatly apprecated.

There is a problem with Windows XP recognizing the digital video camera (GR-D30U): it doesn't. Why aren't the drivers available for download on the JVC site?
