Immediately following a nearby lightening strike, my 3 year old 36 in. JVC tv (model AV-3620 ) went out. After unplugging it and plugging it back in, the tv powers up fine but renders only a blue screen on all 3 video inputs. Interestingly. when I go to the TV input, I can hear a perfectly clear audio signal, for whatever tv channel I'm tuned to for a second, then it goes to a silent blue screen. Should I set the TV by the street as trash, or could it be repairable?

I have an HR-XVS44U Ser.# 168A1015. DVD playback often will slip into jerky motion, like it is dropping frames. In any case, the playback is no longer smooth. This sometimes occurs for no apparent reason, but sometimes after I have run FF or RW and pressed play again to return to watching. This is the second new unit that displays this characteristic. I like everything about it except this one unacceptable characteristic. What can be done? Has this problem occurred before? Thanks, Wes

I HAVE OWNED A JVC GR-D70U FOR ABOUT TWO MONTHS NOW AND ALL OF THE SUDDEN IT DOESN'T WORK ANYMORE. THE ONLY THING THAT HAPPENED OUT OF THE ORDINARY WAS THAT I LEFT IT IN MY CAR ONE DAY. THE BATTERY WAS ALREADY VERY LOW. WHEN I GOT IT OUT TO CHARGE IT I GOT NOTHING! COULD IT BE THAT THE BATTERY IS SO DEAD THAT IT WON'T EVEN POWER THE UNIT? OR SHOULD I AT LEAST GET SOME POWER JUST BECAUSE IT IS PLUGGED UP TO THE ADAPTER?

Hi, I have a JVC camcorder GR-DVX 10 which i bought 2 yrs back. Since a long time it is giving me some problems similar to those found in other reported question. Tipical error message comes on its LCD is remove and reattach battery, unit in safeguard mode, E04, head cleaning required, etc., then i have to restart it and try again. Once out of 10 times it works. How to solve this problem? JVC assistance solve the problems but after some times it appeart again Regards,
