Home | First message in thread | Previous messageI have a sony mvc-fd73 and tried everything, dropping, formatting, bending the tabs. and then went back to formatting and did the quick format and it worked.[was on the verge of trowing it against the wall] The camera was only used 2 times, was a gift to someone I know. I did the longer formatting and it did not work. But doing the quick one did. Hope this helps someone.

Re: Sony Mavica Format Error Hi, If formatting the disk does not work for anyone, according to the manual there is an internal battery that could be going bad. The problem is.. you can only get it from sony. Thats where the repair shops are going to make the money on a cheap battery. Just a thought |
