Assistance for Error Codes

I am knowledgeable and have helped many people past their error codes without service. Several things can cause error codes and I would be more than happy to assist you in determining if you do indeed have a problem and what options you have available.

  I have the kadak easyshare cd33 digi cam. i am getting lens error 14 when i seems to on the camera, give me the solution for this without servicing the camera thanks in advance ..bye

  i tryed to finalise a disc and i'm getting an error on my sony dcd-dvd 105 display ( C:13:02 ) with the message'wrong disc'. what should i do ?

  I have a jvc hr-j777ms vcr that displays the vhs tape icon and timer icon both blinking even though no tape is not inserted, the power button has no effect also inseting a tape results in loading followed by ejecting.

  I read your comment in PECHORIN'S web site regarding the error codes in the plasma sony PFM-500A2WU, I have this model and the display show a codes error 22 and 12, in adition the power boton is lighting and the equipment turn off and turn on several times until you disconect the plasma screen.

      I researched this problem through Sony and it is a power module failure. Sony has this simple replacement part for $877.75. This being a $12,000 monitor (circa 1999) it might be worth the money. Good luck Oh yea Sony part no.-146852111

  We have a combi DVD player / VHS recorder model HR-XV1EU that shows error message "Er:03" in the display. There is a tape in the VHS recorder that cannot be removed and the device shuts down power after several seconds.

  I have a Emerson DVD/VHS record combo and when I try to record using the DVD I get an error message "E4 54037380"
  
  I have cleaned the lens but nothing seems to help. I have tried different blank DVD's ( Maxell, Sony, Verbatim, Memorex) no change. How do I fix it?

    I also get the same error message on my Funai DVD Recorder with Video Cassette recorder. Like you I have spent a lot of moneey on several different brands of the dicc recommended in the Funai Owner's Manual and also got an Av diagnostics lens cleaner too and all the time keep getting the following message »»»» Cannot record using this disc :Error Message E4-54037380.. it is driving me nuts --would apprecaite any help you might be able to give me.     I think the error message E4 54037380 has something to do with copy protection. I first got the error when I was trying to copy some episodes of Law and Order onto DVD so I could clear up some room in my recorder. I don't get this error with all programs, just Law and Order. I know it is not my disk. I've used Maxell, Memorex, and Verbatim disks with this recorder and never had a problem until Law and Order, so there's nothing else it can be except some sort of copy protection.

      this is not a copy protection error the i have a funi as well and just recently had this error message trying to record from tv even on analog airial it says the same thing i would like to know how old your funi is though as everyone i talk to who has one and getting the error has only had there machine between 12 to 16 monthe its as though after 12 months it stops working and you cant get through to funi to sort it out please reply to my email address if you wish frank
