I have a Sony GVD 1000 Minidv Walkman Recorder. I use it on small shoots as a master recorder for my video project. Out of the clear blue I am getting a Error C31:22. Which says in the manual to unplug it and Contact Sony. I need help. Thanks Ernie

I am getting an error code C:31:30 on my Sony DVR-TRV11. The mini dv film gets stuck and the film door sometimes does not close or open. Very frustrating when I need to video and the thing does not work! I have had this repaired but is happening again. Any suggestions

I am having the same problem as someone else who has asked you a question, Can you help me with an error code E01 I am getting with my JVC GR-DX75U. I was getting messages to clean the heads then one day it gave me the E01 msg (replace/reattach battery). I of course reseated the battery a number of times. The battery appear to be holding a charge. When on memory card mode, things appear to work, but in video (tape) mode - it is useless. No playback, no zoom, no tape eject - just the message of safegaurd mode/reattach battery.

I have a Sony VCR showing error code: 3L 11 AC This is intermittent. Usually when you first turn it on it works fine. It shuts down and shows the code usually when you are changing functions - you just rewound and hit play, for example. If you turn it on and start playing or recording, it runs fine until you stop it. Also, once the code is on, the only way to get rid of it is to leave the deck off for a considerable time period. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hello. I am in trouble and hope you can help. I accidently (of course) dropped my handycam about 2 feet and now it is showing me an error code C:13:02 everytime I turn it on. Do you know what this error code C:13:02 means, and can you help me fix it without paying the Sony Repair fee of $211.00? Thanks for you help!
