Assistance for Error Codes

I am knowledgeable and have helped many people past their error codes without service. Several things can cause error codes and I would be more than happy to assist you in determining if you do indeed have a problem and what options you have available.

  I have a Sony BVW-70 Beta Deck. I just cleaned the heads and put a tape in. The tape plays for about 3 seconds and stops. I have an Error 03 reading. I have just enough skill to clean the heads so if you have any idea why my deck is not working properly and can help me, please "dumb down" your explanation for me.

  I have a 2001 pontiac grand prix gt and when a cd is entered a e-20 code comes up after playing 2 or 3 songs then the cd pops out. can you help?

  Stacy,
  I have a 2003 Nissan Maxima with a Bose Stereo System. The CD player is giving an F3 error code when I load the CD, will not play. Sometimes it says FO error message. Do you know what they mean? I disconnected the battery cable for a few minutes to see if it would reset,but it still does not work.
  
  Any suggestions, except, remove the stereo, I would not attempt that, I'd just have a hole in my car and no radio, at least, the radio still works.

  When i try to record or play back i get a beeping sound and the error code: C:31:23

  Hi,
  I have a problem with a Digital Sony Digi deck. Upon putting a tape in an error 02 appeared and the tape would not eject. When i powered down and restarted the error changed to a error 3 and then an error 9 and the buttons don't respond so the tape is still lodged in the deck. Any suggestions?

  Dear Friend,
  I have a funai dvd recorder and keep getting error code 'cannot record on this disc - error code e4 54037380.
  I have cleaned the lens using a dvd cleaner and tried all the blank dvds recommended by funai but still no joy.
  Are you able to help me please?

  When I received my "semi working and with the 31:23 code" TRV 350 from someone on Ebay it arrived with the take up roller loose and off it's post. I was able to get it back on and retained with the plastic straw per suggested fix and the code disappeared for about 1 1/2 hours and several older tapes. It's back and the roller turns freely and is retained the same as when it was repaired. Any suggestions as to what I might try besides smacking it?
