The simplest solution is (and I just tried it and it worked perfectly), unplug the receiver (pull out the wall socket). Leave it for a few minutes and plug it in again. 99/100 it solves your problem. De eenvoudigste oplossing is de steker uit het stop contact trekken, een paar minuten wachten. En de steker er weer in stoppen. Dit helpt in 99/100 gevallen. Erwin

Hi there I bought new a Sony Z1u video camcorder 9 months ago,I hardly used it and just started to use it more often, I ran into error code (C:31:22 TAPE ERROR)when I fast foward a pre-recored Mini-DV on my Sony Z1U HDV camera, and just as it gets towards the end of the tape it stops and gives me error tape c:31:22. I also tried different tapes and it does it on all. When I'm recording it does not give me any messages.I also tried cleaning the heads and I still get the message. Can you tell me what that error might be? thank you..

Yes, I keep getting an error 3 on my Sylvania SSD803 DVD Player with Video Cassette Recorder. I can't take the videos out of the player or it makes a fast loud clicking noise, then I'll turn it off and error 3 comes up. It's done this almost the whole time I've had it. Please help. Thankyou.

The problem is the tape will not come out when I open the cover. Can you help. I am running out of options. Most Cordially, Waleska

My Panasonic DVD-RV31 stopped running two nights ago. When I put a DVD into the unit it trys to scan for a while and I end up with the erroro code of "H02". I tried running a laser lense cleaner on it but it didn't work. In fae it looked like the disc didn't even turn. Do I need to repair or replace this unit?
