Assistance for Error Codes

If anyone is having any kind of Error code, clean head icon or any other concern, contact me first before assuming you have a problem. My e-mail is Ssample@jvc.com. I am knowledgeable and have helped many people past their error codes without service. Several things can cause error codes and I would be more than happy to assist you in determining if you do indeed have a problem and what options you have available. Please refer to this site if you contact me. Thank you. Stacy Sample Service Coordinator Houston, Texas

Was getting an E-04 error on our GR-DVL505u. Camera is used very little, never been dropped etc. Only about 10 hours recording time total on 5 yr old camera. I bought a new Panasonic tape yesterday (was using Sony, couldn't find JVC tapes) and so far no E-04 errors, NOW I have a "clean head error"! I can't find a JVC head cleaner anywhere in town. I'm just waiting for the E-03 error to pop back up again........I am so totally frustrated with this, especially since the camera is used so little! I'm also curious as to whether "Stacy" is answering any of this complaints?? Thanks!

I have a UVW 1400A that has a weird problem with the left channel audio LED. It stays pegged to the red, although this is NOT affecting the actual audio level - its only in the left LED. Before I took it in to be serviced, I could RCA-it (smack it on the side with my hand) and it would go back to normal, but now it just stays pegged. Is this a board problem? LED problem? None of the diagnostics I have seen show audio at all! Thanks for any help you can give, Best regards, Bill Slater

hi i have a problem with my Clarion 6CD changer in my car. its a ARX4670R Head unit and a CDC634 boot(trunk) changer. I'm getting code CD CH ER6 which, according to manual means cannot read table of contents (disc probably upside down). Discs are not upside down. would lens be damaged? are they easily replaced? neil

I got a beta tape stuck on a sony betacam. It won't eject and a error code 02-403 appears. How can I get the tape out? And, what does 02-403 mean?
