Hello Warren Just came across your site after searching for error code 70081 on my Sony Video recorder (10 years old). I was watching a video this morning and fast forwarding. Took the video out as it was almost at the end when I put it back in the error message came up. I have some great episodes of Grand Designs (UK program) and I don't want to lose them. Any suggestions? Many thanks Kerrie Walters Sydney Australia

I have an Emerson EWV603 that shows an "R" after the EJECT label on the screen. When I try to play a tape the machine powers down. I can watch TV channels thru the VCR, I just can't Record or play tapes that work in a duplicate machine in the bedroom ( which does NOT have an "R" after the EJECT label on the screen.

C3122 showing....I tried tapping the tape side and didn't help so I took the tape out and tapped it gently and then blew really hard in where the tape goes and put it back in and the code went away and everything works fine. This happened before and I did the same thing and it worked. Also, another time it happened and there was something caught in the bottom. Guess it happened when I was closing the tape area.

I have an hp photosmart 320. My batters went dead. I replaced them with slghtly used batteris and now I get error code 205 and then the screen turns green. Two batteries are Duracell and 2 are energizer. Any help with wat error 205 means would be appreciated. (I just got a memory card for the camera and wanted to check it out. I will purchase new batteries but was using the others for the meantime.)
