Hello, I just bought a used Infiniti G35 and my cd player is reading an F3 error. Do you know what this means?

I HAVE A JVC GR-DX95U MINIDV CAMCORDER WITH SN: 148A0451. ITS BEEN PUT ON THE BACK BURNER FOR THE PAST FEW YEARS. I HAVE HAD A FEW PROBLEMS WITH IT. HERE THEY ARE. WHEN I TURN IT ON, HERE IS WHAT HAPPENS. E04 EJECT AND REINSERT TAPE UNIT IN SAFEGUARD MODE WHEN I TRY TO TAKE THE TAPE OUT IT WONT EJECT. CAN YOU SUGGEST ANYTHING OR POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION TO GET THIS FIXED. ryantrigdon@gmail.com

When I turn my Sonny Handy cam on I get error C31-22 with a beaping sound. I took out the battery & the tape and let both of them dry for a whole night. When I turned it on in the morning it did not beap until I tried playing the tape. Then, I was back at square one. I have read the manual but don't seem to be able to pin point the problem, actually I can't find the solution. If you have a suggestion I would really appreciate it since I live far away, really far away from any sony dealership or a competent person I can trust to fix it. Thank you for your help.
