Assistance for Error Codes

If anyone is having any kind of Error code, clean head icon or any other concern, contact me first before assuming you have a problem. My e-mail is Ssample@jvc.com.

I am knowledgeable and have helped many people past their error codes without service. Several things can cause error codes and I would be more than happy to assist you in determining if you do indeed have a problem and what options you have available.

  All at once my video camera (JVC GR-D40E) showed the message "Please wait, Condensation: operation paused". I switched it off and on, removed the battery pack and the cassette again and again: two days later, the message is always the same, and the camera doesn't work:I should really appreciate any advice.Thank you

  Have a Sony DVP-S360 and am getting error c-13.00 error on star wars III disc. This will play on another unit I have. Is there a cure?

  Hi there, i am a tv/vcr repair technician, but not that familiar with camcorders etc, so hope you can point me in the right direction with my camera. It is showing error code C:31:22, but only intermittently. Have you any idea what the code refers to. Any help appreciated.

      mine didn't work, of course I couldn't push the reset button on the changer, anyway - seems to be frozen

  I have read your post on the ‘Pechorin’ web site, and you mention to contact you regarding error code problems.
  
  
  
  I have a SONY DCR-TRV940E, and have an error code C31:22/23/40 appearing on the display. It will not let me use the camera. I have tried leaving it in the same room for long periods in case of condensation (like the manual advises), and have put a cleaning tape in it. However, the camera still continues to not function.
  
  Is there anything I can do or do I need to send it off for repair?

  I received an error code H03 on my portable dvd Panasonic DVD-LX8. Do you know anything about this and how I might remedy the problem without having to buy a refurbished player?

  I have a Panasonic Sc-ht800v with 6 speaker surround, the subwoofer is the amp. Now I get a F61 and it turns off. ERROR- F61 is incorrect wired speakers (NOT!),or power supply problem. I already tried to the 2 power cords and the system cable, both of the fuses are ok. ANY IDEAS?
