I have a sony DCR-HC42. It had a message saying "reload cassette", when we tried this, the tape will not go back in. The mechanism will retract if there is no tape in, but with a tape, only retracts 1/2 way. Hope you can help. Thank you, Laurie

I saw that someone else has the same error I do C:31:23 blinking on my DCR-TRV250. But now I also have the problem that the tape will not go back into the cam corder, it will not close.

Getting an M-error with my Fisher DAC-2403 CD changer. Carosel goes around and can load and remove disks, but the disks do not load into the playing head. Any suggestions?
