I have a JVC VCR and a tape is stuck in it. Is there a simple trick to dislodge the tape?

Hello, When I turn the VCR on, it powers up; however, after about 30 seconds, it powers down. i also can\'t eject the tape.

My VCR will not rewind properly. JVC-HR-J71MS...is the model. Rewinds only 6 seconds, stops and powers off. I must then re-power, hit rewind, then 6 seconds, or so, it shuts off. now, i can count to 5, hit stop then rewind again and this way manage to rewind a full tape...but very boring. A repair guy her cannot fix this. Is there a part I can provide him so he can fix it ??

My lense on my HX-Z10 has totally packed up, can this be repaired
