I have a JVC gr-d250ek and after a few seconds it come up with a message saying its in safeguard mode remove and replace bettery. I also cant eject a tape. Can u help? Many thanks James!

Hello, I have a problem with my DVD player. It's model number is XV-THC5. It came with speakers and everything. It is a 5 disc dvd player For some reason I can't play anything on my DVD player. The DVD player can turn on it shows a blue screen on my TV. At first it said Opening, but nothing happened. Now it is just a blue screen with the words JVC on it. I tried to eject a DVD but it will not open. I tried to switch to another DVD but it stays stuck on one. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Thank you in advance for your help.
