I have a JVC GR-DVP7 camcorder for about a year now and after about 8 months the lcd screen started to gradually not work. Now about a year and a half later the lcd screen dont work at all. What could be the problem here and do you think it might be an expensive problem?
Any help will be much appreciated!

I have a JVC editing suite using two BR-S611E video cassette recorders and one BR-S811 recorder. One of the 611E's is giving a lot of troube: picture break-up and instability. If it is left running for about an hour with a tape in it, it will sometimes start to work again. Do you know anyone in England who could service it? JVC themselves say it is too old for them to repair.

My parents bought me a JVC GR-D90U last christmas. I only used the thing three or four times, got it out to pack it for a trip and it wouldnt do anything. I tried plugging it in to charge the battery, tried changing the battery and tried it with just the power cord and nothing happened. The red charge light wont even come on. It was purchesed from Best Buy, i took it back to them and they gave me a run around because i dont have the receipt. THe people at JVC were no help at all either, they just told me my batter was bad but i have bought other batteries and had it tested at best buy it is definitely something internal. I really like the camcorder but am completly disgusted with the hoops i have been forced to jump through. If there is anything i can do to fix this please let me know as soon as possible.
