when i try to wwatch what i have recorded i cant because it is in safe guard mode, how can i fix this, thank you

I own a JVC GR- DVL307 circa 2001-ish. Recently the screen advised "clean video head" So I did, with a foam q-tip and head cleaner alcohol. Since then it shows "please wait" and "condensation,operation paused." I have thoroughly dried the unit( and the alcohol should evapourate,right?) using a hair dryer on low. I have replaced the battery and am still getting the error message repeatadly. Any help would be appreciated. Steve Hope.

i do not know the model number but our tv is at least 10 years old. so it may be done with its time but when plugged in it just keeps making a clicking on noise but no picture.

my t.v screen has a black rectangle in the center of the picture. it disappears when i change the channels and then reappears. i'v tried going through the menu but nothing helps.

Hello Stacy: I have a GR-d350us camcorder. I have a pyro firewire card and am running window's xp pro. I tried to hook it up to my computer via the firewire but the computer will not recognize it. I have hooked up my sisters JVC gr-d347u to my computer and it recognized it immediately, so I am sure there is nothing wrong with the firewire card and the firewire cable. I then took the camcorder in to a service dealer for JVC, and they said that when they hooked up my camcorder to their computer, it was recognized with no problems. I am at a loss as to what to do next. Yee-Sin Law
