I want to save my tapes in a digital format. I own a JVC Model# GR-AXM230. Is it possible to save the tapes created with this camcorder and save them on a disc in a digital format? Do I need to buy a new camcorder in order to record in a digital format in the future?

    I have a JVC UX-MD9000R Audio System
The MD laser appears to have failed for the second time.
I understand this is a commom problem with this model!
Can the laser be replaced with a more reliable component?
The system has been well treated and not over-used.
I would welcome an inexpensive solution

    HALP!

I have a JVC camcorder that will not accept a tape to record...screen displays something about "safety mode." The model # is GRDVC522U 700X if this helps any.

My 3 year old son is in his first skateboard competition tomorrow. Any speedy tips would be appreciated so I can tape his big day!

    thanks soooo much!

I bought the JVC DV100 and I could never download it unto my computer since 2001.I am quite upset about it because I was asked to buy a cd for its downloading and I got one but it still won't work.

I have recorded events which I cannot print or download. My friends who got the sony version are recording printing and downloading unto their computers without problems.

Is there anything I can do about it?
    Ben

hi! I am also in the Philippines and my GR-D73u is experiencing the same thing right now (that is why I surfed for a topic on this). I was trying it out for our party this afternoon and when I open the camera, it says "LENS CAP" even when the lens cap is already out. Thanks!

JVC TV Model AV-27f703, I was watching tv without touching the remote and the menu came on automatically and started going down the screen to the other menu's I tried stopping by hitting the exit and menu button but nothing happened. I then turned off the TV and when I turned it back on I couldn't use the remote to do anything, I couldn't turn it off/on, change the channel, or even volume. I tried changing the channels manually but it would display the volume bar and when I would increase the volume it would not stay put, the volume would go down on its own. Not sure what kind of problem this is or even how it happened. Has this happened to anyone else? How would I go about repairing? Any idea on costs?

You are having a system control problem, usually caused by a defective switch (the "menu" switch would be the first choice), or corrosion or foreign material on the pc board. This "locks up" the micro as one of it's inputs is continually at a trigger voltage for that input. Ever spill anything into this set? A good visual inspection will often point to the problem area. Sometimes a cleaning with acetone or alcohol will "cure" this problem...not a sure thing.

My PC does not recognize my JVC Camcorder Model # GR-D270U when I plug it into the USB port, I have tried using all 4 ports on the PC but it is still not showing up. I have plugged in diffrent periphirals on these ports and they work just fine. How do I fix this.
