JVC AV-48WP30 I have what appears to be random horizontal black lines (wirh intermittent white flashes) appearing on the screen from top to bottom in a random pattern. They vary in frequency (sometimes more lines sometimes less) It appears to be noise, but I have swapped the cable to a differnet TV and it does not have a problem with the signal. The colors are good.

Not sure if this will find you but I googled the problems I am having with our video camera. We have had it two years and used it maybe six times. I am extremely disappointed that I am finally needing to use it (son in football) and it started having black lines through it. I have been trying to find a cleaning kit but I tried four different places and no kit to be found. I know this camera has not been abused in any way it hasn't been used by anyone but me. Just wondering what could be wrong with it. I am not in the situation to spend lots of money on a new one but really don't understand that I spent so much money two years ago and its already junking out on me after only a handful of uses. If you could please help. Thank you, Jeannie Pinkus

My JVC Av-31BP5 lost it's audio for some reason. Screen shows the volume increases / decreases, but it's mute. Mute is not on, and if I hook speakers to the rear jacks, they work fine. I tried different remotes and using the manual controls on the front of the TV. Thanks Doug

I Have a JVC GR-D70AA Ser no. 168Y0157 Was working fine Then i turned it on and it asks to remove Lens Caps which is all ready off. All other functions work fine, sound, playback, taping, tele/wide, stills but no picture. Is this a normal problem as the unit was not cheap, can it be repair at a reasonable cost or is the waste bin. thanks Peter
