I have the MX-KB30 and I'm getting a protect message. The sound isn't coming out the speakers, but when I plug in the headset the sound is coming out one side. Thanks for any info. Robin

Hi, My JVC GR D23EK has been working fine until we changed a tape to look at it and the camcorder is just showing a blue screen. We know there are things on the tapes and are wondering if there is anything we can do? We haven't mishandled it in anyway and are wondering if it is the camcorder or the tapes at fault?

I have a JVC GR-D33U that is 3 years old and when you turn it on it is giving you the message "remove the lens cap" when it is not on. You can turn the camera off then back on and it will start up then give you the message and the the screen will distort. I have read on the site that this is a common issue and there is a fix. Need the information on the fix.

The picture started going dim, causing me to decrease the Bright option on the picture menu all the way and increase other pictur e options to compensate. Do you have any suggestions? I have a JVC (HX-D7)-consists of CA-HXD7 and SP-HXD7. The problem is that when i put it on it inialize then shuts down with the dislay saying PROTECT.

I have my father in laws JVC GR-D90AG here which is giving the lense cap warning when I switch it on in record mode. It also gives the shaky hand signal in the bottom LH corner of the view finder. It does record sound but not picture. Can you help please. Kind regards Hugh.
