    Stacy,

I own the JVV GR-DVL 300, I was having some head cleaning issues. I put in the tape to clean the heads. I taped some more and everything was fine. After I got home (after airport) i went to play the tape back and got a "condensation, operation paused, please wait error message". What can I do. I tried to wipe the black sensor as described in other message boards but it is not helping. Im not really sure if I am doing it correctly. Please help I want to show the family my vacation! THanks

I have a JVC GR-DVP3 Video camera. I am getting the E03 error message during playback and record. It states unit in safeguard mode, remove and replace battery. It states that removing battery will clear but does not work. Camera is approximately 5 years old.

    Thank you,
    Del Dolph

same issue as many others.. I own a JVC mini DV camcorder, not 100% which model I have, but it has worked perfect until recently showing error messages about "head cleaning" and "condensation". Took to a repair shop and was told this is a very common problem in mini DV's and JVC's especially, but they could do nothing to help.

A future son-in-law has a AV-32D305 (in use by him for a couple of years)which now has a black line about two inches tall across the top of the screen (almost like black bars for letterbox picture). Any suggestions other than shops saying a fix is about $200.

Hi, I have a JVC AV-32FA44 and in past week my TV has turned off by itself and flashing green LED on the ON Timer light on TV. Cannot power on/off TV by remote or on TV itself. I must unplug TV and replug in, then immediatly it powers on. Any help on diagnosing and fixing problem woudl be appreciated.

    Stacy,

Hi, I have recently purchased a JVC GR-AX7GYU that seems to work perfectly but I don't know what kind of tape to use and I don't have the cables to hook to a TV for viewing. Could you tell me what I need? I have the charger and the unit to use the camera when plugged into the wall. Thanks.
