Assistance with JVC product

If anyone has a question regarding a problem with thier JVC product (error codes, safeguard mode etc) write me for troubleshooting assistance. Please provide your model # if available and note this site so I can assist you better.

    I have a JVC Camcorder Model No. Gr-DVM50U. The selector assembly just fell out. This is the selector that control the play, ff, RWD, Puase and camera functions. I have talked to parts department and they can't find the right part number for these two parts. Can you please Help?

    I'm thinking of buying a JVC GR-250U but i also want to be able to mount a fish eye lens on it. I would like to know what the mount size is because the fish eye i want to get has a mount size of 37mm and i just need to know the size of the mount.

    I have a GR-D30 jvc video camera and the display screen keeps showing the message: "CONDENSATION OPERATION, PAUSED, PLEASE WAIT". It won't accept the tape, it won't do anything. What should I do?

    I have a jvc GR-AXM310u thats a few years old. I recently dropped it about two feet. The unit workes fine, except the problem that the tape won't eject, play, or any other tape commands. Can you tell me how to eject the tape manually?

    I have a GR-SXM250U VHS-Camcorder that I bought two years ago. It just stopped recording. Everything else seems to work fine, including playback, but when you push the red button to begin recording, the screen does not show 'REC' and it does not record.

    Is this a inexpensive fix or not?

    everyime we turn on our TV after 10 seconds a black box comes up and covers half of our screen. how do we get rid of it?

    i have a jvc gr-sxm250u serial#138r4679 cam corder.i keep getting remove lense cap,and the lcd and viewer is black.

    My JVC GR-D30U gives me a message that the lens cap is on. The lens cap is not on. Of course, there is no picture.

      You may know this by now, but the fault you complain of is a manufacturing defect, which is widespread across a large range of their camcorders, and JVC (UK & USA)are offering a free of charge repair on this.
