    Hi Stacy,

My JVC AV 32790 television will not turn on. I cannot get the power button on the set to respond or using the remote control. I checked and made sure the outlet is working and plugged it into a powerstrip. Also, I replaced the batteries in the remote control. There was a power outage and the set was plugged into the wall, however, this happened before and nothing went wrong.

Please help. I am in Portland, Oregon. I don't have my manual any longer and don't know how to contact JVC for help or a recommendation for a local repair.

    Thank you,

    Kristin

    YES M'aam

I have a JVC high resolution super vhs camcorder with picture stabilizer/TBC/CNR and a TFT active matrix lcd monitor it's about three years old but barely used because it's been stuck in safegaurd mode due to what the camcamera calls E01 and it blinks the message to remove and reattach battery so if you can help with this problem in any way it would be greatly appreciated thank you and have a blessed day

I have a JVC DR-MV1S dvd/vcr recorder. It is almost a year old. It has worked fine until now. The recorder will not turn on. I checked all AC connections and they work fine but the recorder will not turn on.... no date showing, no power.

    Thanks.

We purchased a JVC TV Model # AV48WP74 about a year and a half ago, now when we first turn on the TV the picture is fine but with in a few minutes the picture is distorted on the top and is off set and doubled image. For the money we payed for this unit, in only a year and a half there is no way that this should have done this. We watch very little TV. What could the trouble be? What is the warranty for this set?

I just emailed you about my JVC camcorder Model GR-D90U and it being on safety mode. I have lost my instruction manual on it and I was wondering if it was possible to get another one? Thanks again.
