Dear Stacy, I have a JVC Home theater system model #THA30 The disc tray does not open for playing cd's or dvd's. The radio works fine and the Aux function works ok also. I unplugged the unit for two hours and the disc tray would open but after turning the unit off or changing from dvd to radio it stops working again. Thanks in advance H.L. Allen

I was wondering how to fix the coloring on my jvc AV-56WP74 i was told to go into the service menu because the colors are not lining up right mostly the green thats WAY OFF do you know what or how i can fix them and the numbers they should be on in the service menu i have tried to get ahold of a person here in town but no one fix`s tv`s here and i have to drive 4 hours just to get it fixed

I have a JVC video camera model number 170R0002. It has been working fine but i am trying to play back a tape recording, but although it plays, there is nothing but a blue screen. A message appeared, with 'safety mode on'. How do i remove the safety mode and playback the tapes?? thanks for any help.

I'm using a JVC BR-S811U S/VHS Recorder and I'm constantly getting a error code of "36" when I insert a tape and push play, fastword or rewind. At times it may automatically eject the tape on it's own. Thanks, Terence Dobbins

To Stacy Sample, JVC Service, Houston, Replsced the 2 STK392-110 convergence IC's in Model AV48WP74 and the convergence is now OK. Problem is the IC's run very hot, as high as 186 degrees. Is this normal or maybe some other problem. Auto convergence runs OK.

Hi I bought a JVC AV-27330 television around 2001 - 2002, and recently there was no pictures just a blue screen. (It started at channels 2-13, and 16-48, now there are no channels). i tried switching the cables around, tried doing everything the manual said to do and nothing is working. The Auto Tuner wouldn't pick up these channels, So I had to add them in the channel summary menu. I have no idea what to try next. Is it worth my time and money to put it in somewhere to see if they can fix it? Any suggestions that you may have to help me would be greatly appreciated! Dear JVC service centre, I got my own JVC camcorder model JDX77 bought last 3 years. Yesterday after i recorded then i want to download into my PC, it can't play..and error code appear on screen " E06, Safeguard mode, remove battery and re-attach" Can you reply to me with the troubleshooting guide ASAP.
