hi. i have a jvc digital video camera, it's a GR-D70U. the tape i use is a maxell mini DV digital video cassette. my camera has been messing up lately and i'd like a head cleaner, but i cannot find one at any of my local stores. can you let me know where i can buy a head cleaner for this camera? thanks, angie

Hi, i have a JVC GR-D23EK Mini DV Camcorder that i have borrowed from a friend. Whenever i connect it to my laptop to copy the videos across nothing happens. My friend has lost the software disc that came with the camera and i am using a USB cable. I cannot use a firewire cable. How can i get my videos onto my laptop? Please help!

I am trying to find drivers to connect my GR-D70us to my computer via USB. The only one I can find - that is supposedly for XP - starts the install then stops with a pop-up window saying Win98 only (file is usbstg4e).

I have JVC TH-M505 and the sound cuts out while I am watching a movie. I have noticed this happens when I turn up the volume. However the volume has never been turned up extremely loud. Any fixes for this problem?

I have a JVC 56" I'Art RPTV with issues. The top left corner has a blue shadow for about 6" and then it goes 3D for a few more inches, kind of double image red and blue. Is this the convergence card? If so how do I replace it and if not what could it be? I bought it because it had an oustanding picture but I have only had it 4 years. Thanks for your help.

i have a JVC FS-G5 5Cd stereo system... i love everything but the cd player it only worked for about three months after buying this. since then all i get is a flashing "reading cd" then Error code-162. Please help!! ive seen many others on here with the same model, same problem, and no answer. Thank you in advance.
