Hello! We have somehow set the timer on our tv, and it will not come on at all. The red timer light just flashes. Any ideas on how to override this?
    Thanks!!!

I have the JVC AV-36F702,32". I too am experiencing a problem with the picture...it just won't come up. I followed the advice of those in the blog by buying a capacitor 1000mF, 35V and locating C926, but I have not been able to see anything wrong when I opened up the back of the television. There are no capacitors with bulges, none with leaks, or any other of the tell-tale signs. Could you please help!? Thank you!

    I have the same problem:

i just bought a jvc GR-D90u digital camcorder, but when i turned it on, their was nothing just a gray screen. We charged the battery all the way and i tried to put an old tape in it. when i did, i got sound, but no picture. it almost seems like the lens cap is on or something, but its not. any help would be appreciated. thanks

The "lens cap" problem only manifests itself when you put the camcorder in the "camera" mode in preparation to video something and find you cannot see any image in the viewfinder / LCD. If you insert a previously recorded tape (from some time ago) and you cannot view it either then thats "not" the lens cap problem, but possibly an LCD or board fault.

I have JVC model AV-56WP74. About 3 days ago when the TV was turned on the picture appeared to be seperated with a red double image. I have gone through the menu options and can not seem to remedy this problem, any help you could provide in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
