Hello, I have a JVC GR DVL510 camcorder. I have unplugged it and removed the battery overnight or longer. But after plugging it into the wall for power overnight, the screen comes back with error EO4 Safeguard mode, please remove battery and I think also see customer service...or something to that effect. But it does say EO4 Safeguard mode and remove battery...what can I do now? Thank you for your assistance. Scott

Hello,
I have a JVC Camcorder Model No. GR-D270U which I have never been able to connect to my computer. I have used both USB and firewire cable but my computer simply will not recognize the devise (I am running on XP). I have also searched the JVC website for drivers but to no avail.
Your advise will be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
MS

Hi Stacy, I've just recently bought the JVC KD-G210 faceplate for my car and it was doing just fine for the past five days, but until recently i tried to eject the CD but the screen will go to radio and the CD won't eject. Is there programming involved, or is it just defective? Thanks.

The LCD and the eye peice are both black. I can see the date and time and a blue hand flashing. I also see a left and right arrow at the bottum with a portrat and a mountain on each side. After playing with it, it will work, but let it sit for a few days and Im back to square one. Any help would really be helpful. Thanks Shawn
