Hi , I had bought JVC GR90 D miniDV camcoder. The last I had used it was in Aug'05. Today on jan 29th 2006 when I tried to use it , it gives me a message "LENS CAP" , the screen is always dark. I tried to set it in A and M mode and the screen comes as dark and a message as "LENS CAP" , I believe we had kept it without its LENS CAP ,so it is now not able to recoganize if the LENS CAP is on or off. I tried to do play the recording dated aug 05 , and it works well in play mode. Do you have any suggestions. I had bought this camera around 2 yrs back and am not under any warranty. Thanks Jatin Rajdeo

I purchased a JVC GR-D72US camcorder a few months ago. Recently, the LCD display stopped showing the picture. I can still see the picture using the viewfinder; but not on the LCD monitor. What's wrong and how can I correct it? If I need to purchase a certain spare part, can you please let me know the part number as well as the best place to buy it in USA? --pvenk

I have a JVC digital video camera Model No:GR-D30U. This camera is about 4 years old and started showing a black screen with white horizontal lines when in Record mode about 1 year ago. Now, it will not record video and always shows this black/white screen. Audio will record and the playback mode is fine. Can you help me? thanks.
