JVC service or questions

Assistance with JVC product

    I am trying to record the video information on to a vhs tape for a gift for someone, but I can't figure out how to do this I have a yellow and a white in and output cord, and i connected it to the camera and the other side to the vcr.I pushed play but it is not recording to the vhs tape what am i doing wrong? Do i need to purchase additioal gear?

    Hi I have a 32" Jvc TV that is about 9 years old. The Horizontal hold is going on it. If I smack the TV just right the picture comes back. Does this seem like a costly repair or just a minor fix? Thank You for your time. Bill

    hi i have a dr-mv1 dvd recorder that will not power up. when i plug it in it lights up for a split second then no power.

    I just bought a jvc AV-32F476 flat screen tv.During playback of all dvd's there is a fine horizontal line that works its way up the screen and disappears. This also happens during regular tv playback. I have a 600 what surround sound system. The book said it may be interference so I unplugged the surround sound system yet the line remains during regular playback. Help.

    Stacey, can you advise on a "lens cap " error message on JVC GR-D20 camcorder approx 24 months old. error message goes away after about 5 flashes or so, then it just has a black screen. Play back works fine, only black when in record mode. Record sound fine, but no image. Please help.

    I have a JVC digital video camera model# GR-D30U- BATTERY PACK#:JVC BN-V408U I have lost my AC adapter and need to buy one quickly before Christmas. Where can I purchase one? I have tried retailed stores and they do not have any. thank you Julie

    Hello Stacy, I have a serious problem with my JVC GR-DVL820U camcorder. It is stuck in "E01 - unit in safeguard mode, remove and reattach battery". Doing so does not help. The unit is currently unusable. On occasion, the error message switches to "E02 - unit in safeguard mode, remove and reattach battery". Please help. Thanks, Markus

    I currently own a JVC GR-D30U and am trying to download video to my laptop via the S-Video out put. My Dell laptop will not recognize new hardware and the JVC MovieWow disc that came with the camera has been useless. My laptop is not equiped with RCA inputs although even if it did I don't think it would still recognize the camera. First question is can video be downloaded without purchasing additional software and if not what software would do the job.
