I have a low hours (<100) JVC AV-27530 that appears to have lost the red and green guns. I returned it to the retailer for service (it's within the 1 yr. parts and labor warranty period). Their repair shop indicated the main board was cracked and that this was not covered under warranty. I brought the TV home and opened it up. The board is cracked under the flyback transformer, as though the board was hit on top of the transformer. This board is very poorly supported in this unit. Frankly, I don't see how I could have done this damage, since the TV sits on the floor, and there is NO indication that it's ever been dropped. I think the unit was shipped with a cracked board, and it just took this long for the traces to open. How can this not be covered under warranty?

The audio/video cable connection to the television no longer works. The camera is approximately 1 year old. Initially, playback on the t.v. worked fine. Now however, the AV connection seems to not work on the camera side. Has anyone else had this problem? Any possible solutions?

Hi, I need help with my JVC GRD72 U mini dv cam. Suddenly its veiw finder and LCD has stopped showing objects that I want to capture. As I switch to record mode 'lens cap' is displayed for 5 secs. This i read in the manual is normal. Then i see a blinking signal that im not able to find anywhere in the manual. I'll try to describe in writing here. The signal starts with the figure of a human. round head n shoulders then two arrows on each direction followed by two steep hills. If i leave the cam on for a while its demo starts displaying. Please help me and you may write directly to me at my email which is osiraj@hotmail.com Shall appreciate your help. Omer

Hello, I bought a jvc tv about a year and half ago from sears. The model number is AV32F475....SERIAL #08934731. My major problem is the color. Its so dark. I have tried adjusting it, all different ways thru the menu. Each station i go to i have to adjust it and it still so dark. everyone either looks yellow or white and black or and the picture sometimes looks so blurred? What can i do? It cost me over 800.00 and i saved up so much for this tv and after only a year and half to see it go down hill. Iam so upset. Please Help!!!! Joanna

Hello, I live in La Habra, CA (90631). I have my neighbor's GR-AXM151 camcorder. They have spent 2 weeks trying to find out why it doesn't show anything....it turns on and you see "Paused" but you can never actually SEE anything thru the view finder or the LCD (and yes! the lens cap is Off!). I'm usually pretty good figuring out things like this, but this thing has me stumped. It will show a blue screen with black lines and if I try to zoom, it turns to black and then red, but nothing showing thru the lens or LCD. I'm assuming that "something" has gone out...WAYYYY OUTTTT...but not sure what kinda of problems these tend to have. I am using this while it is plugged in by the way, not running from a battery. They have the most adorable 4 kids, including one that is just now taking his first steps and they really need to get this working by Christmas...if anyone has ran into this problem before, please email me! If its un-repairable or repairing is too much, then I would like to try and find a way to get them a new one (but NOT a JVC!). Thanks so much, Lalla
