- Re[2]: JVC service or questions
JB38 - 29th Jul 2007 7:42 It would be of help to any possible source of supply if you stated what device you wish the remote control to operate, however if its for JVC equipment then it would generally only be available from their accessories section, shown in the strip along the top of the the JVC home page of whatever country you might be located in.

Paul T. - 29th Jul 2007 12:41 I have a JVC GR-SXM740 and when i playback video by using the camera's video screen or through the viewfinder, i get a bad picture, i.e. (tracking problems) like it needs to be cleaned but i've cleaned it several times & used the tracking adjuster but it does not help. The tape is new and works when i use the adapter in the VCR. I think something is broken with the camera. HELP!
Thanks,
Paul
- Re[2]: JVC service or questions
JB38 - 29th Jul 2007 13:22 When you mention that you have cleaned it a few times its really a case of have you used the correct procedure? as it can be quite critical and with the possibility of permanently damaging the heads if its not done correctly.
However instructions on the correct way of doing this can only be sent to a DIRECT e-mail address, as it contains a JPEG for back up which CANNOT be sent via a reply box.
Click on my RED link (only that!) and enter it there.

Confused - 29th Jul 2007 17:29 Hi, I was wondering if you would be able to help with my JVC GR D50EK. The tape holder refuses to open even when connected to mains via the ac adapter and the battery is charged. It was working fully a few days ago but now does not even turn on. When the ac adapter is turned on, the camera starts clicking for about 10 seconds and then there is no noise, picture but the red indication light stays on. Please advise!
