i baught a JVS GR-D270u and has a decoder and photo navigator soft, but when i plug the camcorder to the PC he did not reconised it. says No Cam connected. why? i have a window Millenium. thanks

Hi, I bought recently JVC-GRD270u digital camcorder. Already, it has started giving problems. The forward and rewind button suddenly stopped working . Battery is very poor.

I have a JVC digital video camera..Model # GR-DVL-300U. Whenever I turn it on iit gives me the error "unit in safeguard mode" Remove and attach Battery" when i remove the battery and reattach it , I get the same error message. I tried it numerous times with no luck. What do you suggest? There isn't a JVC repair clinic anywhere near me.

I am one of many who suffer from the "safeguard mode" problem. My machine is brand new (jvc 700x). It says to eject tape, and I do with no change. Is there a soft restart thing or anything? Help! Thnks Dave

I purchased a JVC Model FS-S77B stereo last night. I took it home, hooked it up and it doesn't work. The display reads tray error when attempting to do anything with the cd/dvd function. Anything I can do to fix this problem before taking it back to the store?

i have a problem with my jvc camera model no. GR-D30U. i have had it for about 2 years and the last time i used it was at the beach about a month or 2 ago and it worked fine. Then i went to use it again a few days ago and i cant record anything. it just stays black when i push record. if i hit the zoom button to about 50x or higher it gets kinda fuzzy like really blurry but its still black. i can watch the films i have already recorded and when i tried to record it just plays black on those parts.
