Hi, I have the JVC GR-D350u with the following problem. In camera mode it shows lens cap on when removed with a dark blurry picture. From what I've researched looks like faulty image sensor. my camcorder is a GR-DVL160EK, it too has the lens cover error and then comes up unit in safeguard mode and remove and replace battery
