Error Codes Assistance

Assistance for Error Codes

If anyone is having any kind of Error code, clean head icon or any other concern, contact me first before assuming you have a problem. My e-mail is Ssample@jvc.com.

I am knowledgeable and have helped many people past their error codes without service. Several things can cause error codes and I would be more than happy to assist you in determining if you do indeed have a problem and what options you have available.

  I have the error message C:32:11 on my sony trv19 camcorder. I saw your message on the web, and would like any help possible with this problem. the camera will not eject, and I have preschool graduation on Friday,

  I have a Sony DCR-PC5E Camcorder which has recently refused to accept cassettes or even let me close the casette carriage. The error code C:32:10 flashes on the screen. Can you help please?

    I am experiencing the same error code on my DSC-W1 camera. The camera is now unable to store a readable jpeg picture... :( any hint?

  hello
  i have a sharp vl-nz1o5u,it got dropped and since then when it turns on the screen will flash a DEW sign a couple of times and then turn off. also theirs a red battery with a line through it on the screen. when i plug in the charger the charging light does not come on either. any ideas? thanks

  I have a code error with a Funai DRV-B2737, Funai DRV-B2734 (I am not sure of the model number). I am getting a Recording Error code E4 54037380. It is playing discs ok and I thought it my be the DVD-RW discs I had but bought brand new ones and it is still not recording. The DVD Recorder has not been abused is any way!!     Hi Martin, Just read your message on www.pechorin.com/m/2004/01/22/Error_Codes_Assistance-208526-114.html regarding the error codes you are getting on your Funai DRV-B2737 or DRV-B2734. I wondered if you had found out what the problem was as I am getting exactly the same problems and can't seem to find an answer. Hope you have had success! Graham

      Hello Graham, Unfortunately I have had no joy yet, I sent an e-mail to Funai but got no reply. Let me know if you have any luck, I might try and phone them as I have had this problem with my machine for a while now, otherwise its perfect just cannot record on the DVD!!     just come to record tonight on my funai with error code e4 54037380 and i've had the same trouble as both of you.Only trouble is that my warranty has expired plus i don't use it very often.i don't like there web site it's shocking to find any info or propper help and support.But I do work for an electrical retailer i.m gunna have a word with the service department and see if they have come across this b4 or any answer. ill let you know what i find out and let me know if you've heard anything.may be a daff thing have any of you tried a disc cleaner cause i've not got axcess to 1 yet

      Hello Simon, I tried a lens cleaner myself with no luck. I know there is a contact number on their U.K. website www.funai.co.uk in the support and help section but I never get a chance to contact them during the day and have sent a couple of e-mails as well with no reply.   On a recent trip I took 8 Sony RWs and 4 Memorex RWs, all of the Sony's failed with a disk error, all the Memorex worked perfectly. When I arrived back home I tried the disks I had not taken and JVC RW also failed. I am using a Sony DCRDVD403 camcorder.
  
  Is there any way to check these disks out to find the problem. Sony is no help.

  I have a sony video recorder SLV-EZ70AS, there are 3 error codes that comes up, these are 70080, 70081, 70082.
  And it will not take the tape & does not allow any operations.
  I hope you can help with this matter.

  I AM GETTING AN ERROR 99 ON MY SONY 10 DISK CHANGER , MODEL # CDX-51RF.
  IT WAS IN A CAR I JUST BOUGHT , TRYING TO FIQURE OUT HOW TO USE IT.

    Problaby you have some problem with your power supply. Check STK470-050. See you !
