My Sony DAV S300 is almost constantly flashing an error code of c:13:00 with most DVDs that I insert. Plays original and some half-original only. But it happened that some originals were not accepted as well. Is this message mean that simply a lens clean needed? I insert a cleaner DVD with the two brushes but my DAV does not recognize it. many thanks in advance for your kind help. Rgrds, Zsolt

Can you help me with an error code E01 I am getting with my JVC GR-DX75U. I was getting messages to clean the heads then one day it gave me the E01 msg (replace/reattach battery). I of course reseated the battery a number of times. The battery appear to be holding a charge. When on memory Icard) mode, things appear to work, but in video (tape) mode - it is useless. No playback, no zoom, no tape eject - just the message of safegaurd mode/reattach battery. I have read blogs of other users having similar problems but no solution.

Stacey, I'm getting the error message H02 on my Panasonic DVD-LS53 system. Please let me know if there's anyway of fixing without service. Also, is there somewhere I can go to get a list of error messages and their fix? Hope to hear from you soon. Cheers, R. Ducane

Saw your message on the www.pechorin.com website - My clarion DRX5675 car Radio-CD displays Err 6 which is supposed to mean it can't read the table of contents. What I have noticed is that after unloading the cd its does not appear to have actually revolved, even though I have tried to select various tracks. I tried running a CD cleaning disc but that made no difference - The problem is - IF the cd drive motor is not turning - how do I work out if its the motor that faulty or is it the motor controller ?? Any help appreciated and a Happy New Year Mike Australia

My CD Auto Changer became locked-up while I was having battery problmes a couple of years ago; I receive an 'Error' when I attempt to play it (Note: one can hear the CD(s) being 'moved around' in the unit). In addition, I can not remove the cartridge containing the CD(s). When I bought the car, there wasn't any info about codes, defaults etc provided by Toyota. The cartridge holds six (6) CD(s) and is located in the trunk; the P/N is 74806 (Panasonic) and the vehicle is a '93 Camry XLE. Any recommendation will be appreciated. Bob Dehner Cincinnati, OH

I have a Sony DSC 40 digital camera. A couple of days back it has started making a whirring noise every time I switch it on to take photographs or shoot a movie. Whereas, if I try to view photogragraphs in the view mode it does not make any noise. So to summarise, everytime the lens comes out I hear this whirring noise. It also gives an error code, which is E61:20. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks in Advance Anand
