Assistance for Error Codes

If anyone is having any kind of Error code, clean head icon or any other concern, contact me first before assuming you have a problem. My e-mail is Ssample@jvc.com. I am knowledgeable and have helped many people past their error codes without service. Several things can cause error codes and I would be more than happy to assist you in determining if you do indeed have a problem and what options you have available. Please refer to this site if you contact me. Thank you. Stacy Sample Service Coordinator Houston, Texas

My 10 disc Sony cd changer (installed in the trunk of my car) gives an error message (e99) and will not play. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hello, I hope you can possibly help me. I have a 95 Oldsmobile cutlass supreme with the manufacturer cd player in it. Every time I insert a cd into the cd player I get a E21 on the display and then it sends my cd back out. Do you know what is causing this? Or can this be fixed? thanks for any help that I can get. Tara

I am having trouble with a tape playing in my JVC digital camera. It seems what happened is I recorded on it while the heads needed to be cleaned and now that I have gone back to watch it, I get three different images on the LCD screen, but only when I fast forward or rewind. When it plays at normal speed, I only get a blue screen. I have already tried to clean the heads of the camera (like the error message keeps saying to), but it doesn't seem to help. What can I do?

I have a Sony Camcorder DCR-TRV10 which shows a flashing C:31:23 error code after removing an eaten tape. Your slapping method yeilded a change to a C:31:40 error code ("slapped unit??") and now back to C:31:23. Any help would be greatly appreciated since I already had the unit fixed at Sony last year for the same problem for just under $300. Thank you.

Hello Sally,I saw your advert re error codes assistance. My problem is I have a Sony Mini Digital Handycam model DCR-PC4E. The problem is with Loading and recording,I put in a tape click the cassette outer plate,it loads and when I switch to camera oosition it shows the code C 31:23.The rest of the camcorder works O.K. I have tried resetting the camcorder several times with a result of the camcorder going into standby for about 2 seconds then it reverts to the code C 31:23. I have also hit the outside of the camcorder cassette hard a few times which some times cures it,this should cure it permenantly but after about two seconds it goes back to C 31:23 faultagain. Can you or anyone help me cure this irritating problem. Thanking you in anticipation. Legomast1154
