Assistance for Error Codes

If anyone is having any kind of Error code, clean head icon or any other concern, contact me first before assuming you have a problem. My e-mail is Ssample@jvc.com.

I am knowledgeable and have helped many people past their error codes without service. Several things can cause error codes and I would be more than happy to assist you in determining if you do indeed have a problem and what options you have available.

  Hi. In fact I'd like to take you up on your offer of error code assistance. I just bought a Sony Betacam UVW-1200 videocassette player at an auction. But I get the error code 02-694 when I try to play a tape. When I try fast forward or reverse, I get the codes 02-594 and 02-554 respectively.

    All of these error codes indicate problems with the supply and takeup reel motors in the deck -- time to seek out a service center.

  I just bought an OEM deck out of a 1997 Pontiac. It is an AM/FM/CD/EQ deck that plugged in directly to my 1995 Olds Cutlass Ciera. It powered right up and worked --- with the exception of the CD player. I put a CD in and it gives me the E20 error code and then spits out the CD. Do you have any helpful suggestions to remedy this problem? Thank You.

  I have DCR-DVD92 sony camcorder, it was working fine for over a year. Recently it started giving error code C:13:02(Disc error). I am using only sony DVDs. I tried with many new sony DVDs, same error code displayed. Please advise if you have any other idea to fix this error .

  hello i have a error code 99 on my sony xr-7041, the radio and the cassette work
