pechorin.com Hello, I have a brand new hx-d77 system. I put a music cd in the 1st bay and the unit now only shows reading. The lights on bay 2 and 5 are on but bay 1 just keeps flashing. I have no other cd's in the unit. I have tried power down and unplugging to reset but nothing allows me to open the cd bay. I cannont find any emergency releases. If you can help I would appreciate it very much. I guess we were suppose to program for music cd first which seems wierd. Thank You Vick Supp

We have a JVC camera (model no. GR-D370U) stuck in lens cap on mode. It was working fine one moment, then the next this message popped up. I havent been able to find any information on how to fix it, can you help, or is this something i will have to have a shop help me with? Thank you for any help you can give.

We have a ksd630 jvc car radio which is giving an "err 10" message. No way that I can figure out how to correct it. The volume, when turned up, seems to sound like static. There is a CD stuck in the cd player. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Byran Smucker

I have the JVC I Art 46" TV. The Close Caption was turn on accidentally by my grandson. After lots of searching for the original remote. I called JVC Customer Support. He told me to change the Close Caption settings to CC2 and T1. That fixed the CC without having the original remote.

I have a JVC GR-DA30U and a HP Pavilion DV6000 series computer. When I plug in my camera, I get a message that says "One of the USB Devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it". The cam works on the Mac's at school with no problem. Can anyone help?

I have a JVC GR-DX77U. Bought it before I went to Iraq in June 2005. Worked fine in Iraq, and when I got back. Worked just last week. Now when I turn on the camera I get nothing but lines (vertically colored). It plays back just fine, but when in video mode and when it records, nothing but colored vertical lines of whatever I'm looking at. Can't even make it out. Any suggestions? Don't understand how it just goes out all of sudden. Thanks. V/R, Jim
