Assistance with JVC product
If anyone has a question regarding a problem with thier JVC product (error codes, safeguard mode etc) write me for troubleshooting assistance. Please provide your model # if available and note this site so I can assist you better.

This is an 18 month old JVC GR-D30 Camera. Today when attempting to record continually got LENS CAP error. Changed batteries and film no help. Camera used last week no problems Any Help. I bought this camera to replace a JVC VHS C that had a motor problem. I have used this camera about 12 times. I\'m beginning to worry about JVC quality. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Have JVC AV-36D502 and need to reset factory settings. I tried the 4 hour reboot. Should I have turned tv off before unplugging (which is what I did) If the hard reboot doesn\'t reset the factory specs is there another way if say I didn\'t write down the starting numbers? Thanks John Row

Brittany - 13th Sep 2004 1:37 I can\'t get my JVC GR-SXM920U to connect to my Windows XP computer using Picture Navigator. I\'ve adjusted everything in the preferences to see if I was doing something wrong but it still won\'t work. Could you please tell me how to connect it to get the pictures.

Stephanie Sydnor - 13th Sep 2004 2:41 I have a JVC GR-D90U and one day the screen was white and now it is black with lines and will not work. Not even play back a video. It keeps telling me my lens cap is on, when in fact it is not. I think maybe it might have hit direct sunlight not sure? any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I have a jvc model no c-140mu which is not switching on.I put a new smps ic but it does come on.All other surrounding components are working well.I also need the schematic diagram.

I have a JVC RD-MD5 music system and I wish to turn the bass down below 1. Is it possible to do this using some kind of service mode? Please help. I am still under warranty.

If you pull the pads off, you will notice that there are 2 strips of adhesive material. If it is still adhesive (which I doubt) then just replace the pads, if not, as in my case, just glue the new ones on.

I recently had a tree fall and pull down the power wires to my house. We had a power surge and now the Tv won\'t turn on. Is there an internal fuse or surege protector that can be replaced to remedy the problem or is the TV destroyed?

La Ricca Aldo - 14th Sep 2004 1:29 I\'am a owner of a JVC gr DVL9000u digital mini DV video camera and my problem is that it display humidity problem that cause a non functioning camera i did some reset but the problem remain so my camera is useless also my viewfinder for a second time the contact goes out i send for this problem a email to JVC Canada and ask them if it was possible to get a diagram of the viewfinder to be able to put the conector back but i never got any answer.I\'am really disapointed because the camera was great i paid a lot for it i hope to get an answer thank you Aldo.
