JVC service or questions

Assistance with JVC product

If anyone has a question regarding a problem with thier JVC product (error codes, safeguard mode etc) write me for troubleshooting assistance. Please provide your model # if available and note this site so I can assist you better.

  I have JVC AV32x37HKE Colour Television Set (which is only 15 months old) yesterday it turned itself to Standby Mode and would not work when turned off and back on or with remote control have checked batteries and unplugged and plugged in again however television has only come on a couple of times since this happened and keeps turning itself off and going back into Standby mode just showing the red light on the On/Off section of the television. The television will then stay off for between 30 minutes to 8 hours before we are able to turn it back on again. Any ideas what the problem could be?

  I have a GR-DV900 and although I can bring up images on the computer, when I go to erase the digital images from the memory chip (this standard chip has no write/erase protection tab. The camear says no images stored when I go to erase them from memory. I have followed all directions carefully that are in the manual. Any suggestions on how to erase my memory card?

  Hi...I own a JVC L-FX4 turntable. Is there anywhere that you know of where I could find a spec sheet or repair manual or any other literature on this particular model? I would appreciate your comment. Thank you, Otto.

    I also bought one of these JVC L-FX4 turntables for $12.00 today.The base is cracked on the tonearm back side and the needle is missing from the Audio Technica model # AT403EP cartridge. Have you found any helpful information as of yet? I'm wondering how one goes about adjusting the tonearm tracking weight, or does one have to find a P-mount cartridge that weighs a certain weight? I'm lacking any good understanding about P-mount turntables.A while back I bought a Technics SL-QD33 that cost $15.00 plus the shop charge of $50.00 to fix the platter speed problem. At least it came with a usable P-mount cartridge. The down side with this Technics turntable is the cuing action, it drops rather fast and manual cuing stands are rarer than chicken lips to find anywhere!   i have a JVC Gr-dvp7 camera and it is the secont time that i have the same problem...the wire between the body and the lcd screen is not ok, so the lcd is always black.where can i find this wire???I am from Greece and it is a litle dificult to repair it here.

  I have recently bought jvc gr d33 camcorder and i\'m getting safe mode error. I\'m not sure what should be done, not finding anything in manual too, can you please provide some suggestions?

  I\'m looking for any service bulletins for my sons JVC portable stereo, model#
  CA-HXZ1 SERIAL# 087C4407
  The unit functions properly in all aspects except that there is no sound coming from the speakers.
  It loads the CD\'s and plays them as indicated by the led\'s but no sound.

  I have JVC GR-D30u.I cannot get it to power-up, but when I plug in the DC charger, the red led light (power/charger) lights up. Please help what is wrong.

  My GR-D30 mini dv camera constantly displays the condensation message. I was using it inside when it was raining outside, but that seems an extreme response. Can it be reset?
