I just got a JVC TV from a friend. It's a AV-K29MX3. Fully multi-system, multi-voltage. Anyway, it just started shutting itself off and the timer light blinks. I saw a post somewhere else about the high-voltage safety system coming on to stop any further damage. True? Thanks and happy new year.

My LCD screen says that the lens cap is on when is not. After some research online, I noticed that there are many people out there experiencing the same problem with their JVC camera. Is there a solution that you would offer? Thank you, Kristen

I have a JVC Camcorder Model GR-D22U. I try to use it and all I get is LENS CAP and the lens cap is off. Nothing I do will help. Please let me know if you can help me. I have only had it for about 2 and 1/2 years. Thank you Sandy

JVC model AV-27950 television has timer light blinking. Cannot power up or get menu. We have powered down and disconnected cable, etc., but cannot get it working. Could this be the result of lightning or electrical backup? Anything we can do to troubleshoot?

Hi, JVC 700x ditital zoom, GR-DX28EK. When I try using it to take some clips all I see in the display and through the eye piece are vertical lines. Any chance youculd let me know what the problem could be? Thanks Chris

I have a JVC HV-53PRO and I am experiencing problems with my colour convergence. The problem has manefested itself at the top of the left hand corner and along the bottom of the picture. When I when I go into the menu and check the CRT color convergence everything lines up except for that area, the rest of the top and the bottom. The middle +'s add up just fine. I am a US service member curerently living in England and would be greatful if someone could point me in the right direction with a solution. I can get the labor done cheap but just need to get the parts to fix it. Thanks, Patrick

JVC AV27BP3 - I am having a similar problem as some of the recent posts. The picture on my TV goes black and sometimes seems to have a tiny blue dot in the upper middle of the screen. The TV is on and there is still sound but the screen is black. Turning the TV off for an hour or so and then turning the TV back on sometimes rectifies the problem and the TV works again for a while. However, this doesn't always work. Is there an easy fix? What might it cost to have this fixed at a TV repair shop? Is it worth fixing? Thanks, Warren
