I have a JVC HV-53PRO and I am experiencing problems with my colour convergence. The problem has manefested itself at the top of the left hand corner and along the bottom of the picture. When I when I go into the menu and check the CRT color convergence everything lines up except for that area, the rest of the top and the bottom. The middle +'s add up just fine. I am a US service member and would be greatful if someone could point me in the right direction with a solution. Thanks, Jay

I have a GR-DVP3 digital video camera. Recenty the zoom feature has stopped working on the camera. Occasionally the zoom will work but will only focus at a specific zoom location. I am not sure what trouble shooting guides to follow. I tried changing the zoom features on the menu. I also tried different batteries and using AC for power and I get the same results. I appreciate any help. Thanks.

I have a GR-AX350, and it can play tapes OK, but when I go to record, the power light comes on and the camera makes noises as if going in to record mode. But, soon afterwards, the power light goes off, and the camera shuts down. This happens after only a couple seconds with old tapes and new tapes. I've tried taking the tape out many times without any luck.

Hi! I have a JVC I'Art 32" TV that is less than 5 years old. One month ago the screen randomly started turning green with yellow lines, then the TV screen shuts off. The Power light remains on, and I am unable to turn the tv off or back on without first unplugging it.Somebody told me the crt tube is gone and i don't have nothing to do just to throw out in the garbage. I can't belive is tru,after not even 5 years i have to buy another tv it used to cost me a lot of money 1700 and know again i have to spend money. If is tru i never forever i will buy a jvc product.

I have a JVC AV-35BP4 television that I have had for years. I had a power outage and now it only registers channels 2-13. When I do the setup to reset the channels it shows the other channels and is receiving them, but then it starts at 14 and goes up again and has a blank picture all the other channels. How do I change it to get the upper channels. Colleen

We have a AV-32850 Color TV set that just started not working. What it does is this: When you try to turn the set on, with either the remote or the on-off button on the front, the set makes a "Click" and then will not turn on. As it makes this click,the red power button briefly goes on only to quickly go out. We now have no TV at all. Last night,just for the heck of it I tried to turn it on again and it came on. We watched for about an hour before we turned it off to go to bed. In the morning, I went to turn it on again and we are now back to the infamous "Click" and no TV. Any idea what could be wrong?

I just bought JVC camcorder Model No. GR-D370U and every time I switchthe video/memory button to memory turn the other switch to play I get screen that say "M" and has an arrow pointing up on it. I can't operate the menu because none of the buttons do anything. I can't intialize my memory card. Please help me out.

I just bougth a JVC KD-DV4200 Car DVD Player, and I would like to know if there is any tv tuner I can to it so I can watch TV using my jvc? Can I do it by any other way? I mean any kind of fitting or something in order to connect a tv tuner? Thanks a lot.
