I have a JVC-KDS570 CD player in my car and I recently had it jumped. Right after, the sound on the stereo didn't work and the display showed a "TEL" error. Everything else works, but there is no sound coming from my stereo. What should I do?

Hi, I've owned my JVC XV-TCH5 system for ~5 years now. In the last few months it has started playing DVDs in a grainy black & white after about 60 minutes (+/- 20 minutes) of playing time. Even when the DVD play is stopped, all DVDs are removed, the unit is turned off and on, the power and cables are disconnected and reconnected, the normally colored JVC logo also appears in grainy black and white. Depressing the power button for at least 5 seconds while the power cord is disconnected to drain capacitors makes no difference. It doesn't display color again until it's been off for an hour or two. As such, it seems a component is overheating. Also, it displays "t11" in the display when in this black & white mode. I haven't found any references to this code. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! Bob

PLEEEEEEEEAAAASSSSEEE!!! HELP ME WITH MY TV. There's absolutely no sound coming out no matter what channel or Video-1/Video-2 I put it on. I just bought this TV used and I think I got jipped, but I use to have a TV just like this one about 8 years and seem to recall it having the exact same issue, but was easily resolvable. It may had to do with the remote which I do not have, I'm using a Univeral Remote, but I really can't remember exactly what the cause or remedie was. Please help....thank you!!
