I have the same problem with the av-48wp30. My blue color saggs down in the top left. Is there any components i need to buy to make it cheaper for a repairman to come and fix it so i would only have to pay labour? thanks.

Wow! I stumbled on this thread to research convergence problems on my AV-48WP30. I'm having the same problems with red convergence. I did not realize the magnitude of this issue on one model. Will someone send me information and/ or a schematic to fix this problem.

Wow...I can't believe the number of people having the same problem. Sorry to say that I'm now one of them too...horizontal red line, left top corner. My big question is...has anyone tried contacting "this company" over this "slight" engineering oversight. The internet can be an awesome tool...I thought my problem was an isolated incident. I have the same problem as well. 48" JVC convergence is way out of wack. The only cross I can line up is the center. When TV is on the top of the screen saggs down. Could any one send me info on how to repair myself. Had to send the TV in for repair about a couple of years ago and the bill was around $500 for some kind of circuit board, thankfully it was still under warranty. Much Appreciated.
