Assistance for Error Codes

If anyone is having any kind of Error code, clean head icon or any other concern, contact me first before assuming you have a problem. My e-mail is Ssample@jvc.com.

I am knowledgeable and have helped many people past their error codes without service. Several things can cause error codes and I would be more than happy to assist you in determining if you do indeed have a problem and what options you have available.

  I get a C31:23 message and I don't even know where to look for the problem.
  
  occassionally, after re-putting the cassette in, it will work for a few minutes and then start beeping again.....don't know

  I have a Magnavox DVD/VHS combo unit, about 2 years old. Recently while playing either a DVD or tape it will stop and "ERR 03" begins flashing in the LED screen. You cannot turn on/off and are forced to unplug unit to get to reset. Can reset and it will work again for a while and same thing happens. I am really frustrated that there is not a list published by Magnovox on what this error means and their "tech help" call-in center just refers you to a local dealer.

  Can you please help.I have a Sony in car CDplayer .Model CDX-3160
  It has been working ok for about a year now, but I recently changed my car and thought I would re install the player in the replacement vehicle.
  When I load a CD I get an error code 04
  What have I done wrong , and more to the point what can I do to solve the problem .

  I just purchased a Panasonic portable dvd player Model Number DVD-LS90 less than three weeks ago. It now has an Error code in the upper corner of the screen that reads H03. It will not do anything. Is this a major problem or an easy fix. Thanks for your time.

  Hi Stacy. I found you on pechorin.com. I'm having an error code problem. I see someone else has posted this issue to, but I didn't see any response to it.
  
  It's a fairly new Panasonic DVD-LS50. the HO3 code pops up when i power on, and i notice that the disc inside is not spinning. Once i corrected it by using AC instead of the battery, but the problem just came back, regardless of AC or battery source.
  
  Any suggestions???

    I have the same problem and it seems to be specific to this model. I have read at least 3 other complaints of similar malfunction. Any idea on easy fix or where to send the machine would be helpful. It is just out of warrantee (typical). Thanks, Dave
