Assistance for Error Codes

If anyone is having any kind of Error code, clean head icon or any other concern, contact me first before assuming you have a problem. My e-mail is Ssample@jvc.com.

I am knowledgeable and have helped many people past their error codes without service. Several things can cause error codes and I would be more than happy to assist you in determining if you do indeed have a problem and what options you have available.

Please refer to this site if you contact me. Thank you.

Hello Sally,I saw your advert re error codes assistance.
My problem is I have a Sony Mini Digital Handycam model DCR-PC4E.
The problem is with Loading and recording,I put in a tape click the cassette outer plate,it loads and when I switch to camera oosition it shows the code C 31:23.The rest of the camcorder works O.K.
I have tried resetting the camcorder several times with a result of the camcorder going into standby for about 2 seconds then it reverts to the code C 31:23.
I have also hit the outside of the camcorder cassette hard a few times which some times cures it,this should cure it permenantly but after about two seconds it goes back to C 31:23 faultagain.
Can you or anyone help me cure this irritating problem.
    Thanking you in anticipation.

My Sony DVD player - DAV S300 is almost constantly flashing an error code of c:13:00 with most DVDs that I insert. Of the rest it doesn't even recognise most (i.e. just sits there and does nothing) and with the remaining few it actually plays.

What does the error code mean please. Is it simply a clean thats needed?

many thanks in advance for your reply

Hi, Sorry to hear of your problem. I just today experienced the same problem. I pushed the eject button and after that received the error message. I'm phoning Nissan to-morrow to see what the problem is. I'll let you know what I find out. Incidently, the manual says not to play CD-R, CD-RW otherwise they might damage the cd player. If you find out the problem before I do please let me know. Bye

I'm having the same problem. I have a 2003 Nissan Maxima with a Bose Stereo system. When I load a CD, it gives me the "F3 error message" and will not play. Of course it's out of warranty. If you find out what caused it, please let me know. Thanks

I am having trouble with a tape playing in my JVC digital camera. It seems what happened is I recorded on it while the heads needed to be cleaned and now that I have gone back to watch it, I get three different images on the LCD screen, but only when I fast forward or rewind. When it plays at normal speed, I only get a blue screen.

I have already tried to clean the heads of the camera (like the error message keeps saying to), but it doesn't seem to help.

    What can I do?

I have a JVC digital video camera (GR-DVF 21). I received the error code EO4. It will not play or record; it will only make a ticking noise and then display the EO4 code.

The booklet suggested removing the battery and then replacing it. This worked once, and I was able to play back video. However, the error is now occurring again and removing the power supply is no longer fixing the problem.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. THANKS!

    Hello,

I hope you can possibly help me. I have a 95 Oldsmobile cutlass supreme with the manufacturer cd player in it. Every time I insert a cd into the cd player I get a E21 on the display and then it sends my cd back out. Do you know what is causing this? Or can this be fixed? thanks for any help that I can get.

    Tara
