Assistance for Error Codes

If anyone is having any kind of Error code, clean head icon or any other concern, contact me first before assuming you have a problem. My e-mail is Ssample@jvc.com.

I am knowledgeable and have helped many people past their error codes without service. Several things can cause error codes and I would be more than happy to assist you in determining if you do indeed have a problem and what options you have available.

  I have a Sony CDX-52 CD Changer. When I push the play button, I get an E-99 error. The error code flashes for approx. five seconds before going out. During this time, I can hear the radio being muted but the CD does not start up. After about five seconds, the radio kicks back in and the E-99 disappears. Any assistance will be appreciated.   I am trying to get this er-06 off this cd player that I am installing in my brothers Toyota Camry. What can I do to get the Cd's to start playing?

  I have a Sony CCD-TRV43 camcorder and I always get the C:31xx code and a flashing eject symbol.
  I think the xx is actually 21 but not sure. I'm at work right now.
  It usually happens when I try to rewind while watching the tape but it also happens when I try to record also.
  Many times when I eject the tape it is crinkled up and out of the cartridge.
  Please help if you can, I love the camera but it is getting worse.

  I got an H03 error message on my portable Panasonic DVD LS53 model. Got it fixed once but got the error back after 6 months. What can I do myself to fix the problem? The first fix was pretty costly. This is something Panasonic should address by doing a recall on this product. Thanks.

    I had the H03 error code as well....this is what I did...I just spinned the disc really hard and closed the lid....and guess what??? It played the disc...don't play copied DVDs, the LS52 doesn't like them and will not work or spin and read thus the H03 code. I had this problem for quite a long time, I even bought another portable player....try this and see if this works for you. ALSO....bring all settings to off and make your security lock, turn it off. This is what I did to get my LS53 running again.

      Wow, it really worked!! I had to spin it couple of times but it finally work after a few tries. This is good information for all to know who have this problem. How long will this last though untill I have to replace the part? Chol

    I read on another website that for the Error on a Panasonic LS53, if you unscrew the back (all the screws) and carefully remove and blow all the hair and dust that that will solve the problem. I have done so and the Error message is gone!

  An error message of "E 01" appears on the display of my CD player. It is a factory-installed CD player put in by Mitsubishi Motors. Can you please help?

  I have a Sony VCR showing error code: 3L 11 AC
  
  This is intermittent. Usually when you first turn it on it works fine. It shuts down and shows the code usually when you are changing functions - you just rewound and hit play, for example. If you turn it on and start playing or recording, it runs fine until you stop it. Also, once the code is on, the only way to get rid of it is to leave the deck off for a considerable time period.

    Dave did you find out what this is? I've been having the same issue for awhile now and it's quite annoying as I still use my SONY VCR regularly. I also sometimes get a second code. But it's the same thing- Only after I'm in forward or rewind mode, then when I hit play, it freezes up.

      Jeff, Sorry to inform you I was unsuccessful in finding an answer. I have let the machine sit idle with this problem, resigned to the fact I'll have to take it to a service technician. Just hadn't had much need, but was planning to take it in sometime this month. If you discover anything helpful in the next few weeks, let me know.

  I have a Sony UVW-1800 that has just given me a 93-000 error message. I've had other error messages in the past but not this one. Can you tell me what it means. I'm just in the middle of a mastering run and don't need a serious breakdown.

  MY SONY DCR-PC3E KEEPS BEEPING AND GOT THE ERROR CODES C:31:30 AND C:32:30. THE CAMERA REELS THE TAPE AND DO NOT EJECT IT.
  
  DO YOU HAVE ANY ADVICE.
