Assistance for Error Codes

If anyone is having any kind of Error code, clean head icon or any other concern, contact me first before assuming you have a problem. My e-mail is Ssample@jvc.com.

I am knowledgeable and have helped many people past their error codes without service. Several things can cause error codes and I would be more than happy to assist you in determining if you do indeed have a problem and what options you have available.

    I am having the same problem with my camcorder i was wondering if you have found out the answer to the error code. I have called everyone and no one knows what is. the panasonic company is blaming my disc company and so on. I would love some info if you have any thanks KIM

    Did you ever find anything on that error code. Im getting the 0280 and a 2881. Im so frustrated with it. We lost a lot of valuable filming because it won't even let you finalize or anything. I've been on the phone with Hitachi and 3 different people told me 3 different things. None of them work. They said it was a bad disc and i should be using Maxell discs. Let me know if you ever got anywhere with this. Thanks

      I sent the unit to the manufacturer... However i successfully recovered the data using a program called isobuster pro which is the fullversion.

  I have a 2001 Pontiac grand prix that has a problem with its cd player when i put a cd in it ejects and says E 20 can you help me with this please?

    I don't know if you solved your e 20 cd player error, but I just bought a 2001 pontiac grand prix also and get the same problem. I got in touch with the local pontiac dealer and they told me that it was a problem with the cd player and it most likely needs replacing - but I still think it's fixable.   I had same error C31:22 on my Sony HI8 CCD TR930 I slapped it twice little bit hard and magic! it worked!!

  Hi!
  I am receiving the Lens Error 12 and 22 on my digital camera. This pops up on the screen whenever I turn onmy camera, and I of course would love to have it working this summer, so if you could help me in any way that would be great!

  Hi Stacy, I have a Sony Plasma pfm-500a Tv which has just developed a fault which dispays an error code 22-12. I have searched the net for information regarding this displayed code with no Joy. It would appear to be a common error as there are many people with the same problem. Can you help Kind regards

    I have recently purchased this same TV from a friend. I started getting the 12 22 error message and the screen goes blank. There is also an error 53 associated with this. I found someone selling one and he said that the 12 22 is related to the power control board. This TV worked fine at my friends house so I suspect there is something wrong with the electrical wiring in my house. I am having an electrician come out and check it this week.

    Hi i also have the same error code (12/22) with a sony plasma PFM500-AW2E, i don't use the screen anymore because it would just power off every 5 minutes with the error codes on the side. i found the meaning of the error codes on a different forum, it is indeed related to some voltage problem... (i will try to post the URL here) If you have these codes it doesn't look good because someone said it not worth fixing it for that price (couple of thousand dollars).
