Assistance for Error Codes

If anyone is having any kind of Error code, clean head icon or any other concern, contact me first before assuming you have a problem. My e-mail is Ssample@jvc.com.

I am knowledgeable and have helped many people past their error codes without service. Several things can cause error codes and I would be more than happy to assist you in determining if you do indeed have a problem and what options you have available.

  My son bought a 1999 Pontiac Grand AM. The CD Player gives E20 code
  and ejects the CD. The Owners manual says DO NOT use CD Lens Cleaner.

  I have a Sony 5 disc player, model No. DVP-NC675P, which sometimes displays the error code E27.000. The manual says that the machine has gone into self-diagnostic and needs to be unplugged for 30 seconds. The Sony USA website doesn't explain what the code is but if I send the machine back, they'll let me pay for a refurbished model.

  hello i'm hoping you might know what is going on with my Panasonic SA-HT67 after i play a dvd for about 5 min i get a error code of DVD-HO7 now i was thinking it was saying DVD-HOT so i poped the top and i seen the fan wasnt running, now i have read about the fan kicking on at higher vol but i didnt know if this was true of not and i have yet to test the fan... any idea on the code would be great

  I am getting error code C31:23 on my Sony Digital 8 handycam camcorder. The model is DCR-TRV 330. It is about 3 years old.

  Hi there
  I am having trouble with ejecting my tape. It seems to have come out slightly however it is not sure wether to go back in or come out. When i try to reclose it [the door] it seems not to seal properly.
  When i switch to camera mode the screen has some icons on
  SP flashes top left
  c:32:11 top right
  A person or figure icon flashes bottom left
  and middle of screen has a flashing eject

  Hi, I have a Sony home audio receiver (STR-DE897/B) that flashes the error code "Protector". It is an intermittent problem, but lately it has been occuring more often. When this problem occurs, there is no sound from the receiver and it turns itself off. Sometimes by messing with the speaker A/B button or moving the A/C cord, the receiver starts working again. Have you ever encountered this problem before?

  I have a Dual CD-Player- Omnitronic CDP380. One of the CD-Players is giving me: "Err" on the display.
  
  Things I noticed: The tray does not go in automatically anymore when u push it in, however the open/close button works perfectly both from the CD player and from the remote.
  When you insert a CD in the tray it won't start spinning.
