I have a JVC 28" color TV, model number AV-F29MX3, that was built in May, 2001. I'm having troublewith the sound. Occasionally, the sound on the TV will go completely out, sometimes, fading back in, sometimes not. If I turn the TV off though, the sound will come right back on. Is anyone else having this problem? What's the fix?

I have a JVC GR-DVM5. When I try to play, rewind or fastforward a tape, I get an E04 message and the camera freezes. If I reset or turn it off, it looks okay until I try to play again.

I have a JVC TV Model AV-36F702 that will not power up. There is a red LED on the front that blinks, but that is all. Could you please let me know what the possible solutions would be. Thanks for your help.

Manny, read other meesages here about the same problem with similar JVC models. I just became one of the many here who replaced the C926 capacitor for less than $2 and solved the problem.

Hi, I am a service tech for the school board of polk county florida. I have a few jvc model rx-6010vbk amps with same problem. the display reads "overload". I have a schematic but it is inadequate. I also can not get any support from jvc because we are not a sevice center. Is this a problem you are familiar with? Have tried the usual trouble shooting to no avail. Are there any service bulletins I can obtain? Thank you for your help.
